After concentrated preliminary work, restructuring and training, Mayer-Vorfelder und Dinkelacker Ingenieurgesellschaft für Bauwesen GmbH und Co KG was certified according to ISO standard 9001:2015 on 12 May 2017.
That sounds very bureaucratic; however, it entails significant advantages for customers, partners and us ourselves. First of all, the certified quality management system according to the international standard ISO 9001 ensures defined and standardised core processes within MVD. Our concrete objective is the constant improvement of workflows through clearly defined responsibilities, efficient interfaces and transparent approaches. We thus not only enhance our performance, but also demonstrate that quality orientation determines our thinking and actions in each sub-process.
With its binding standards, ISO 9001 – which is applicable on a Europe-wide basis – helps us to implement our plan and to fulfil the high expectations permanently. The independent Dekra Certification GmbH confirmed our introduction and effective application of quality management according to ISO standard 9001:2015 for the areas of supporting structure planning, constructional inspection, expert reports and energy consulting for the Sindelfingen, Dresden and Munich locations – and will now check at regular intervals whether the certificate is rightly included among MVD’s distinctions.
