Topping-out ceremony for the new retirement home, the MÜNCHENSTIFT in Allach on 24.9.24

After its planned completion in 2025, the building with its modern wooden façade will be a home for people in need of care in Munich. the new facility will house 202 care places, 18 apartments for assisted living (independent living) and places for day care. One focus of the services is on people suffering from dementia. The geriatric psychiatric area will have 104 places and 35 places will be offered in the sheltered area. With an open restaurant, counseling services, physiotherapy and medical practices, the home will open up to the neighborhood and become a meeting place open to all.

The new building is based on modern and forward-looking standards: well-organized living areas conserve resources and a modern IT infrastructure will help to better protect people in need of care from falls.the building will not only meet the highest functional and aesthetic standards, but will also focus on the well-being of future residents.
