Digital and networked in all planning phases -

The BIM working group at MVD discusses the potential and possible uses of digital tools at its meeting on 4.6.24 in Munich. A well-coordinated flow of information is paramount for well-functioning digital planning and digital processes. This requires regular coordination, a well-organized exchange and open collaboration between all project partners. With the BIM working group, we at MVD are creating an important basis for this. Today, the cross-location group meets in Munich to discuss various topics and get new ideas off the ground. The topics were:

• Exchange of experience on BIM planning and current projects
• Tips and knowledge transfer
• BIM and sustainability - what advantages and special features does BIM offer in the area of sustainable planning
• BIM and timber construction
• Construction pit planning
• completing BIM planning for all-round planning with BIM

The results of the workshop will then be made available to all MVD participants. At the same time, all BIM experts will be available for exchange, tips and knowledge transfer.
