With responsibility and foresight.

We have been planning supporting structures alongside architects and clients for more than 40 years. Our task: to design the right structural solution for the architectural idea. Our motto is: as little supporting structure as possible - as much as necessary to achieve as much freedom and aesthetics as possible for the architecture.

Added to this is the task of building sustainably and thus minimizing the use of resources. The load-bearing structure is crucial for the stability of the building and has a significant influence on the sustainability and future viability of the building through its design. Many aspects need to be taken into account during the planning stage: choosing the right materials and building materials, optimizing the use of resources, taking emissions into account and recycling building materials - we see great responsibility and great potential for planning here.

From consulting in the preliminary planning phases to form-finding, competition design and the actual structural design with static calculations through to construction supervision - we are partners across all service phases. In addition to the technical aspects, we see it as an important task to use our engineering knowledge to ensure the right design approach, so that valuable buildings are created that people feel comfortable with - today and in the future. We are convinced that buildings that can be flexibly adapted to new usage requirements will retain their value in the long term. In our concepts and designs, we take account of current trends.

We have already successfully planned and implemented more than 2,600 projects in all areas of building construction. Many with awards.

We plan on an interdisciplinary basis. As a team.

Successful construction projects have one thing in common: they are developed and realized holistically. BIM and the associated digital planning tools are based on transparent collaboration. The synergies and bold new approaches that characterize future-oriented construction arise from the combination of different skills and experiences. The agile and networked exchange with clients and all specialist planners and contractors is an essential basis for the success of our projects.

Responsible planning means keeping an eye on all influencing factors and the future. At MVD, we combine ecology, aesthetics, economy and technology for future-oriented structural design. Thus, in addition to safety, long-term benefits, high economic efficiency and value retention of the building become part of our planning.
