New construction of a complex of office buildings in several construction phases. In construction phases 1 and 2, an 8-storey and a 5-storey building above a shared first floor and a two-storey underground parking garage with 225 parking spaces for cars and bicycles. Office and administrative use on the upper floors, foyer, canteen, cafeteria and conference rooms on the first floor. Constructed in reinforced concrete, the basement floors in the groundwater are designed as a "white tank".

Construction phase 3 comprises the new construction of a five-storey office building as a reinforced concrete skeleton structure above a two-storey underground car park in reinforced concrete construction with 136 car and 140 bicycle parking spaces. Basement floors in groundwater as a "white tank".
